We live in JHB and it was not as easy as popping into your shop for assistance, but with the telephonic help from Sue and Gary it made the entire task much easier and more pleasant. We do appreciate that there were some problems with the uploading and sending of the orders, but it was quickly sorted out with an update on the software that was sent immediately by Gary! And each photobook order was not only confirmed by the system but personally by Sue, which helped with the uncertainty, thank you! We also were very happy with the extension of the deadline as we were at that stage ready to throw in the proverbial towel, but with the extra month it made it more possible to submit all 3 of our books ordered on the Groupon special!
Today our books were delivered to us and they are of a very high quality and beautifully printed with no errors! We cannot wait to hand them out as gifts, and keep one for us of course!
